DYST was established in 2018, not only as a motivational phrase but also as a way of life that blossomed from an idea to an inspirational company. Founder, Shelly is extremely passionate about her brand and wanted to reach out to as many people through fitness, health, fashion and apparel.

Helping people is at the companies priority, since Shelly has seen several family members struggle throughout life with numerous health issues.
